How J.A.W. Land Services Will Meet Your Land Management Needs
J. A. W. Land Services has been servicing the needs of property owners–rural and residential, since 2018. We began our services by mowing and maintaining lawns in St. Louis County, MO. Over time, the business evolved into a land grading, hardscape, and slope management company.
Over the years, we've expanded west of St. Louis County, serving Franklin County, Gasconade County, and other surrounding areas. J. A. W. Land Services is your go-to for property and land management services–from landscape and hardscapes, to brush hogging steep slopes, levees, pond dams, and other rugged terrain areas.
Meet Justin!
Hi, I'm Justin Wulsch, founder and owner of J.A.W. Land Services. I enjoy working outdoors and helping customers make their landscape dreams come true. I started J.A.W. Land Services in the suburbs of St. Louis county, cutting lawns, and the business evolved into a land grading and slope management company as time passed.
Growing up, I always loved going to our family farm and working on projects that required equipment. Whether it was cutting the grass, cleaning up overgrown trails, fixing the gravel driveway, or leveling off an area for a new structure. Over the years, I have gotten more equipment, trying out different land management projects with them. I had the opportunity to move to our family farm in Rosebud, Missouri. Once I made that move, I knew I wanted to work more locally and provide a service more unique than other providers. I purchased a Ventrac from the local dealer, and the journey began.

Our excavator gives us powerful performance and maneuvering abilities, allowing us to maximize productivity. We use this for various services such as trenching, construction site prep, brush clearing, grubbing and more!
Ventrac- 8 Wheels
The Ventrac is a compact, versatile tractor used for managing rugged terrain. The dual tires provide better traction for areas that hold water while still having a low impact on existing grass and foliage.
Brush-hog attachment: Allows us to clear overgrown areas and steep slopes up to 30 degrees.
Power Rake attachment: Allows us to fix and remove potholes, washboard areas, and even washouts on gravel roads.
Skid-Steer
The skid steer turns a hard job into an easy job. Like the Ventrac, our skid steer is a versatile machine used for various jobs. We use our skid steer for small brush and land-clearing projects, spreading rock and dirt, land grading and much more!
